LONG-TERM PARKING

If you have a SECOND HOME or BUSINESS in Colorado, you need to have Executives To Airport (ETA ) to take care of your car.

We have used ETA for almost 2 years for LONG TERM PARKING. We live in Illinois and have a getaway home in Colorado. We commute there as many times as possible during the year. ETA Express has made it so convenient for us to get to and from our Colorado home. It is so much better than having to find alternative transportation ( like a Taxi, limo or shuttle), which we have found unreliable.

Our car is always cleaned and washed upon our arrival. Dee also provides all car services, so we do not have to waste our fun time taking care of our car. From oil changes, tire rotations, emission test, starting service, or what ever our car needs.

When we have guests using our home and car, Dee and her staff greet and take care of their needs as well.

Dee has also provided us with what is happening in the Denver area while we visit. This year we even visited the National Western Stock Show. It is important the trust we have in Executives To Airport. We can walk away knowing our car is being taken car of while we are gone.

The ever-increasing traffic at DIA presents a growing challenge to parking. One must continue to add time to their departure, when most find themselves needing to cut it as close as possible to the departure time as possible. ETA's drop off curbside service mitigates all the issues with parking:

Returning from my trip, when I'm most anxious to get home, it is refreshing to just walk to the curb and jump in my freshly washed and temperature-adjusted car.

I use ETA for several reasons. I don't have to worry about my car being stolen, vandalized, or broken into. I don't have to lug myself and my bags over long distances through the parking garage late at night because I'm dropped off and picked up at the curb. When I get back my car is clean.

Finally, if I've made the arrangements, I can have my car serviced, inspected, fueled up, or detailed while I'm away. That can be a real time saver for a busy business traveler! I recommend ETA because they are dependable, secure, and friendly.

INDOOR PARKING

I started using ETA after I couldn't find any indoor parking at DIA one very wintry day, and ended up leaving my Porsche out in two feet of snow, waiting for a shuttle for 15 minutes ( while freezing my tail off!), almost missing my flight. I said never again.

I originally saw ETA as a better alternative to indoor DIA parking. It has been that but much more: it's more reliable and convenient . I don't need to pack an extra coat to get to and from my car because the car is warmed and ready to go, in a secure location and it's about the same price!

However, over time I have discovered some other great reasons to use ETA. Several months ago, I got a call from ETA letting me know my that tire had gone flat. I called in and ETA took care of it with very little additional cost over a regular tire fix. So instead of coming out at 1am to a flat tire, I was picked up and on my way home. Now THAT'S convenience. ETA can also have almost any car repair work done, while you are on the road. A very nice perk.

On top of all that, Dee is just wonderful to work with, and she has always been cheerful and flexible to meet my rather hectic schedule.

CONVENIENT CURB-SIDE SERVICE

I use ETA for personal and business travel because of the flexible, courteous, personalized, curbside service. I have experienced the frustration of using shuttle services and the long walks associated with long-tern parking. ETA Express eliminates both of these hassles, at a lower cost.

Two examples illustrate why I'm a dedicated ETA Express customer:
1. For a vacation trip last year with our eight member family, including three small children, Dee Enger not only smoothly facilitated our departure but provided hands-on assistance at the baggage claim upon our return, which we really appreciated;
2. On a recent business trip, a flight scheduled to return after 11:00 pm was canceled and after hastily making other arrangements, I booked a flight that arrived after 2:00 am. Using ETA Express's (800) number, I easily provided the flight update, and Dee was at curbside waiting when I arrived, smiling as always, despite the hour.

Traveling can be stressful, but ETA Express eliminates the parking hassles. I know my vehicle is safe and, if desired, they provide concierge services regarding car maintenance, etc. for reasonable additional fees. I know of no other comparable service in the Denver metro area and strongly encourage DIA travelers to use ETA Express, regardless of how frequently you go to the airport!
